About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own our end-to-end digital and performance marketing function — from strategy and budget allocation to hands-on campaign execution. This role combines the scope of a Digital Marketing Manager and a Performance Marketing Manager: you will set the digital roadmap, manage paid media budgets across channels, lead SEO and organic growth, and mentor a small team, while working closely with sales to translate marketing effort into pipeline and revenue. You will play a crucial part in bridging digital marketing efforts with revenue growth by working closely with our internal sales team and providing detailed analytical insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning

Own the overall digital marketing strategy and annual/quarterly roadmap,



aligned to business and revenue goals.
Define the channel mix (paid, organic, email, social) and full-funnel strategy (awareness → consideration → conversion).
Plan campaign calendars in line with product launches, seasonality, and sales targets.
Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Plan, create, and manage high-ROI performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Optimize ad copy, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
Explore and manage additional paid channels as needed — LinkedIn Ads, programmatic/display, and affiliate or influencer partnerships.
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
