About Us

Diggvijay Architects LLP is a Chandigarh-based architecture firm specializing in luxury residential and farmhouse projects. We're looking for a Head of Interior Design to lead our interior vertical and elevate every project's design language from concept to execution.

Role Overview

You'll own the interior design function end-to-end — from client-facing design finalization to guiding the architecture team on interior mood boards and material selections. This is a leadership role requiring both robust aesthetic sensibility and the ability to manage client relationships independently.

Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design development across styles — contemporary, eclectic, neo-classical, and luxury residential
Meet and manage clients directly: understand briefs, present concepts, and drive design finalization
Create and guide architects on mood boards, material palettes, and finish schedules
Stay current on the latest materials, finishes, furnishings,



and market trends; recommend sourcing options
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed faithfully on site
Review and approve interior drawings, 3D visualizations, and specification documents
Mentor junior designers and architects on interior detailing and design standards
Manage project timelines and budgets for the interior design scope

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design (or related field)
5–9+ years of experience in luxury residential/farmhouse interior design
Solid portfolio demonstrating range across modern, eclectic, and neo-classical styles
Deep knowledge of current materials, finishes, and furnishing trends
Proven experience handling high-net-worth clients directly
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, or similar)
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
