The Café Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete day-to-day operations of Three O Clock Café, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient operations, and achievement of business goals. The role requires robust leadership, operational excellence, financial accountability, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
Manage the daily opening and closing of the café.
Ensure smooth operations across front-of-house and kitchen.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and company SOPs.
Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when required.

Team Leadership
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise café staff.
Conduct daily team briefings and motivate employees.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
Foster a positive and qualified work setting.
Handle staff attendance, leave planning, and shift allocation.

Customer Experience
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.




Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Build relationships with repeat customers.
Maintain service quality and brand standards.

Inventory & Procurement
Manage inventory of food, beverages, and consumables.
Conduct regular stock counts and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with approved vendors for timely procurement.
Ensure FIFO inventory practices are followed.

Financial Management
Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Control food and labour costs.
Handle daily cash reconciliation and POS closing.
Monitor expenses and prepare operational reports.
Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.

Quality Control
Ensure food presentation and beverage quality meet brand standards.
Monitor consistency in recipes and service.
Conduct regular quality checks throughout the day.
