About the Role

Simpliaxis is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive client retention, account expansion, and learning impact across our growing Americas enterprise portfolio. This role is pivotal to deepening partnerships with clients across the US, Canada, and LATAM—spanning BFSI, IT/ITES, and professional services sectors—ensuring measurable capability transformation outcomes at scale.

The CSM will serve as the primary relationship anchor for Simpliaxis's Americas clients, orchestrating seamless collaboration across delivery, content, and sales teams to ensure a consistently high-value client experience across time zones and geographies. This role is ideal for a skilled who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, learning strategy, and consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Americas, maintaining robust engagement,



satisfaction, and renewal rates
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Simpliaxis's learning verticals—technical upskilling, leadership development, Agile/Secure, and AI transformation programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior L&D;, HR, and business stakeholders across US, Canada, and LATAM markets
Collaborate with delivery, content, and sales teams across global time zones to ensure cohesive program execution and client delight
Lead Americas-focused account planning including QBRs, learning roadmaps, and ROI-driven capability assessments
Monitor client health metrics—engagement rates, cohort completion, satisfaction scores—and proactively address risks to retention
Maintain accurate CRM visibility on account pipeline, client interactions, and key milestones
Bridge client L&D; priorities with Simpliaxis's program offerings to deliver localized, business-aligne
