10+ years of experience in the .NET ecosystem with proven leadership in technical delivery.
Robust expertise in React (JSX, Vite, XState) and ASP.NET MVC with Razor, SignalR.
Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, SQL Server optimization, and Docker.
Exposure to Azure cloud services (Functions, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage).
Excellent communication skills: ability to explain technical challenges, solutions, and trade-offs clearly to business stakeholders.
Solid client-facing presence with assertive, structured responses under time constraints.
Agile/Scrum experience with sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.
Willingness to learn and grow alongside evolving technologies.
