Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the consultancys recruitment operations by assisting in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across diverse industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, employer branding, and HR consulting practices.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the consultancys visibility on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Client Coordination: Assist consultants in managing client requirements and recruitment mandates.

Desired Skills




Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Enthusiasm for learning HR consulting practices

Qualifications
Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Fresh graduates with HR specialization may also apply
Prior internship experience in recruitment will be an added advantage
