Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through Kwikk Chat Software.
Convert chat inquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers via chat and phone calls.
Explain product details, offers, and resolve customer queries.
Maintain customer records and update chat status.
Achieve daily chat response and sales targets.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Training will be provided.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
telesales: 1 year (Required)
Telecommunication: 1 year (Required)
