Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial modelling and feasibility analysis for land acquisition and real estate development opportunities.
Evaluate investments using key metrics such as IRR, ROI, Equity Multiple, Margins, and Cash Flows.
Perform market research, competitive analysis, and track real estate trends, pricing, rentals, and regulatory developments.
Prepare investment proposals, deal notes, presentations, and management reports.
Support deal structuring, due diligence, documentation, approvals, and transaction closure.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of acquisition and development projects.

Robust financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Valuable understanding of real estate development, land acquisition, and investment evaluation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
