Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational objectives and competitive market dynamics.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and gap analysis to identify growth prospects and drive corrective actions.
Expand market presence by strengthening the dealer and retailer network across the region.
Enhance brand visibility and market positioning through distributor engagement, retailer relationships, and promotional initiatives.

Financial Management
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing regular insights and reports to management.
Ensure alignment of regional sales activities with financial objectives and drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track key business metrics and implement action plans to improve revenue and profitability.

Business Development & Execution
Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on current business opportunities through market intelligence and stakeholder engagement.




Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, dealers, channel partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
Organize and lead dealer meets, product presentations, training sessions, and participation in trade shows and industry events.
Execute marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with the communication and marketing teams to maximize market reach.
Lead special projects and programs such as Loyalty Engagement Programs and Sales Acceleration initiatives to enhance customer engagement and market penetration.
Ensure effective implementation of company policies, schemes, promotions, and discount programs across the distribution network.

People Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives and maximize productivity and performance.
