Job Responsibilities – Direct Marketing Associate (DMA)
Sit at the Bajaj dealership showroom in Sargao (Near Bilaspur) and assist customers with vehicle financing.
Explain Bajaj Auto Credit Limited (BACL) finance schemes and help customers choose the most suitable option.
Collect customer documents and complete the loan application process.
Log customer applications on the company portal and maintain accurate digital records.
Use basic computer applications, company portals, and login systems for daily work. (Training will be provided by the company.)
Coordinate with dealership staff to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
Visit nearby areas around Sargao 3–4 times a month, as required by the company, for customer follow-ups, local marketing activities, or dealer support. This is not a full time field job.
Provide excellent customer service and guide customers throughout the financing process.
No sales targets are assigned for this role. The company provides First Right of Refusal (FRR) leads on priority, allowing you to focus on customer assistance and loan processing.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
