Reports to: Engineering Manager
Experience: 10+ years (Product / SaaS engineering required)

Role Summary





The Staff DevOps Engineer is a senior hands‑on engineer responsible for designing, building, and operating contemporary DevOps and platform capabilities for product engineering teams.This role focuses on execution excellence, enabling teams through robust CI/CD, cloud, automation, reliability engineering, and AI‑assisted DevOps practices, while influencing standards and best practices within and across squads.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & Engineering Practices
Implement and continuously improve DevOps standards, CI/CD practices, and SDLC controls
Promote automation‑first, quality‑driven engineering
Act as a senior technical contributor and advisor within squads

CI/CD & Platform Engineering
Build and maintain secure, scalable, YAML‑first CI/CD pipelines
Implement trunk‑based development, Infrastructure as Code, and progressive delivery patterns
Contribute to shared pipeline frameworks, templates, and platform tooling
