Job Title: Food Technologist

Location: Thonda Village, Thirumalagiri Mandal, Suryapet District, Telangana

Key Responsibilities
Oversee production of dehydrated vegetable powders and value-added food products.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and quality standards.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Develop current products and improve existing formulations and shelf life.
Maintain technical documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
Support process optimization, production efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology/Food Science.
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in food processing, QA, R&D;, or product development.
Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP.
Experience in dehydrated foods, vegetable processing, or spice processing is preferred.
Solid analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule
6 days a week.
Rotational shifts as per production requirements.
