Role :

We are looking for a QC Executive with 4 -7years of experience in chemical manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality testing, analytical instruments, laboratory documentation, and quality standards.

Location - Kurkumbh MIDC, Tal - Daund, Dist.- Pune

Industry - Chemical Manufacturing

Responsibilities
Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials as per approved specifications.
Carry out routine chemical analysis using laboratory instruments such as pH Meter, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC, Karl Fischer, etc. (as applicable).
Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and maintain laboratory records.
Record and review analytical data accurately and ensure compliance with SOPs and GLP practices.
Report any Out-of-Specification (OOS) or abnormal results to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper calibration, operation,



and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
Coordinate with Production and QA departments for sample collection and testing requirements.
Participate in internal audits and support quality system compliance.
Follow EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines at all times.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
4 - 7years of experience in a chemical manufacturing QC laboratory.
Knowledge of wet chemistry and analytical testing.
Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments.
Understanding of GLP, SOPs, and ISO quality systems.
Positive analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
