Role Overview

Ganga Kotecha Group is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive residential and commercial property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and convert leads through walk-ins, channel partners, digital platforms, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize project sales.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.




Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Solid communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
