Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Ensure smooth coordination and communication between different departments and locations.
Monitor Clinical performance & quality, business performance, financial targets, and operational KPIs across all entities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and manage team members and get the best productivity from them.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Analyze business reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Identify growth prospects and support business expansion initiatives.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning.
Resolve operational challenges and ensure high standards of customer and patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other support functions to achieve organizational objectives.
Travel regularly to identify and visit referring doctors and other (govt & private) institutions for corporate tie-ups and to conduct medical camps.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
