Job Title : Customer Relation Executive

Salary 20k to 25k

Location: Thiruvnanthapuram

key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and maintain solid client relationships.
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely customer support.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, and project updates.
Maintain customer records and prepare reports.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
