Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Construction Field Project Manager to lead and manage on-site execution of projects in Tirupati. The candidate will be responsible for daily site operations, manpower coordination, quality control, timeline adherence, and cost monitoring.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision
Lead on-site construction and interior execution activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and labor teams.
Monitor daily progress and maintain execution schedules.
Planning & Coordination
Prepare site execution plans and weekly work schedules.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams.
Ensure timely material procurement and availability at site.
Conduct site meetings and update head office regularly.
Quality & Safety Control
Implement quality standards and inspection processes.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and compliance regulations.
Conduct snag-list checks and ensure timely closures.
Budget & Cost Monitoring
Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
Verify contractor bills and quantity measurements.
Track project expenses and maintain cost efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as in office point of contact for clients.
Provide regular progress updates.
Manage variations and site-level approvals.
