Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Developer
to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions across various modules, including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, and SecOps. The ideal candidate will have robust platform development expertise, experience with integrations, and the ability to deliver scalable and productive solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Catalog Items.
Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
Support upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
