Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full time, on-site role based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets




Identify and develop new business prospects across key market segments
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and distributors
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively
Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline data
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Support product trials and ensure successful conversion to commercial sales

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the adhesives, chemicals, or related industry (mandatory)
Strong expertise in lead generation, account management, and revenue growth strategies
