Customer Care Executive (CCE) Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, resolving complaints, and keeping customers updated on current products. They also oversee their team's customer relationships, meet with managers to plan strategically, and expand the customer base. CRE managers need solid communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Customer service: Answering calls, responding to questions and concerns, and providing information about products and services

 Customer support: Handling complaints, issues, and feedback, and following up to ensure actions are taken

 Customer interactions: Greeting customers,



building relationships, and making appointments

 Customer data: Maintaining customer records and databases, analyzing data, and reporting

 Sales: Working with sales teams to generate leads, convert calls into leads, and inform potential clients about products and services

 Ensures that recent vehicles are properly prepped for delivery.

 Coordinates customer follow-up programs.

 Attends sales, service and management meetings.

 Other tasks as assigned.
