Job Summary

We are hiring experienced specialists for the Upstream Process Development team within a leading Biopharmaceutical R&D; organization. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, bioreactor operations, and biologics/biosimilar process development.

Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and execute upstream process development experiments.
Perform mammalian cell culture activities, including media preparation, cell expansion, and process optimization.
Execute shake flask and bioreactor studies for process development and scale-up.
Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports.




Support technology transfer and scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot scale.
Prepare and review process documentation, SOPs, batch records, development reports, and protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytical, Downstream, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Engineering.
Ensure compliance with GMP, quality systems, and documentation practices.
Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate laboratory records.
