Position: Junior Chemist ? Production
Key Responsibilities
Assist in pharmaceutical production activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Operate and monitor production equipment and processes according to SOPs.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain production records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
Monitor process parameters and report any deviations to supervisors.
Assist in raw material dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging operations.
Perform line clearance and maintain cleanliness of production areas.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments during production activities.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production department.

Required Skills




Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Understanding of GMP and safety practices.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. (Chemistry) from a recognized university.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Age below 26 years.

Self-motivated and disciplined.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.
