Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, developing, and extending Dynamics 365 applications while collaborating with global stakeholders in a night-shift environment.
Must-Have Skills
5 to 8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
Robust experience in configuring, designing, building, and extending:
Dynamics 365 Sales
Dynamics 365 Marketing
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Dynamics 365 Field Service
Hands-on experience with Power Platform components:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Dataverse
Power Pages
Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
Strong understanding of CRM entities, security models, workflows, business rules, and business process flows
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external applications and third-party systems
Strong development experience in:

Web API
Experience with Azure services:
Azure Functions
