Identify and acquire recent customers for Micro Business Loans.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Conduct customer meetings and business verification visits.
Collect and verify KYC, income, and business-related documents.
Perform preliminary credit assessments and prepare loan applications.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal processes.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers for repeat business.
Exp candidates with 1–5 years of experience in Micro Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, or Banking/Financial Services are preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
