Eligibility
Fresh Graduates (Any Discipline)
MBA (HR), BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BE/B.Tech Freshers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Immediate joiners preferred

What You'll Do
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
Support offer rollout and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.

Internship & Career Growth
3-month structured internship with practical training.
Exposure to live client requirements and end-to-end IT recruitment.




Performance-based conversion to a full time Technical Recruiter role.
A 1-year Service Agreement will apply upon confirmation as a permanent employee.
