Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings accurately.
Prepare and modify site execution drawings as per project requirements.
Take site measurements and prepare quantity estimates.
Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Verify measurements for billing and contractor payments.
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material requirements.
Conduct site inspections and maintain project progress reports.
Identify and resolve technical issues at the construction site.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.




Robust knowledge of drawing reading and preparation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and billing measurements.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential and commercial projects.
Understanding of construction materials and site execution.
Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.

Pay: ₹10,754.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
