We are looking for a
Senior Backend Engineer (SDE III)
who thrives on end-to-end ownership—from architecture and database design to cloud deployment and performance tuning.

What You’ll Do
Architect & Scale:
Design, build, and maintain high-performance, enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS applications and microservices.
API & System Integration:
Build and maintain resilient RESTful APIs, third-party vendor integrations, schema variations, failure modes, and response normalization.
Cloud & DevOps Ownership:
Own feature deployments end-to-end in containerized AWS environments using up-to-date CI/CD pipelines.
AI-Native Workflow:
Actively leverage contemporary AI coding tools (
Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot
) to write, test, debug, and optimize production code, driving SDLC speed and engineering efficiency.
Technical Leadership:
Participate in High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions, conduct thorough code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor team members.

Mandatory Requirements:
6+ years




of hands-on backend software engineering experience building and scaling production systems.
Target Industry Background:
Proven track record in a
Product-based company, Consumer Tech platform (B2C), or B2B SaaS organization
.
(Candidates from non-product backgrounds must have a Tier-1 academic background such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, or equivalent).
Core Stack:
Strong proficiency in any of
Node.js, Python, or Golang
.
Database & Architecture:
Deep experience in data modeling across
SQL
(PostgreSQL, MySQL) and
NoSQL
(MongoDB, Redis) databases.
Cloud & Scale:
Solid hands-on experience with
AWS
(or GCP/Azure), containerization (
Docker, Kubernetes
), and serverless execution.
AI-Native Mindset:
Active daily usage of up-to-date AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) or hands-on experience building GenAI/RAG pipelines.
