Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily administrative and housekeeping activities of the office. The candidate should ensure cleanliness, assist staff, handle office errands, and maintain a skilled work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, cabins, pantry, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, courier, and parcels.
Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
Purchase office supplies, stationery, and pantry items as instructed.
Deposit cheques, collect documents, and perform bank or government office-related tasks when required.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Maintain stock of office stationery and pantry materials.




Support administrative staff with day-to-day office work.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the office.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
Basic reading and writing skills in Marathi, Hindi, and straightforward English.
Prior experience of 1–2 years is preferred but not mandatory.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.
