Job Title: End-User Persona Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking an End-User Persona Coordinator to define, manage, and evolve user personas that drive application delivery within our virtual desktop workplace. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, application packaging, and VDI infrastructure teams to ensure users receive the right applications, configurations, and experience based on their role.

The Persona Coordinator plays a critical role in aligning business requirements with technical delivery, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a high-quality end-user experience across the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business units to define and maintain end-user personas:
Role-based application requirements
Access, performance, and user experience expectations
Compliance and security considerations
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements:
Application lists and dependencies
Persona-specific configurations (persistent vs non-persistent, access models, etc.)




Integration requirements with identity and security controls
Work closely with the application packaging function to:
Prioritize and sequence application onboarding
Validate packaging requirements and success criteria
Ensure applications align to persona definitions
Coordinate with VDI engineering teams leveraging:
Citrix DaaS settings
Hybrid on-prem and cloud-hosted desktops
Establish and maintain a persona catalog:
Standardized, reusable persona definitions
Documentation of application sets and configurations
Versioning and lifecycle management
Drive governance and intake processes:
Current application requests
Changes to existing personas
Exception handling and standardization enforcement
Validate delivered solutions:
User acceptance testing coordination
Feedback collection and continuous improvement
Alignment with expected user experience
Act as a central communication point between:
Business
