To support continued growth within its finance function, the organisation is seeking a Fund Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, fund administration oversight, and finance operations for US real estate funds.

Job Description
The Fund Controller will be responsible for:
Overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, and period-end close activities for US real estate investment structures.
Reviewing fund financial statements, investor reporting packages, and regulatory reporting deliverables.
Monitoring fund performance, capital activity, cash management, distributions,



and investment accounting processes.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have
15++ years of experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Control, Investment Accounting, Real Estate Finance, Asset Management, or Financial Reporting.
Solid knowledge of US real estate funds, investment structures, fund operations, and accounting principles.
Experience working with institutional asset managers, investment firms, fund administrators, or global financial services organisations.
Skilled qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
