We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Insurance domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Life Asia tool and a thorough understanding of Day 1 & Day 2 processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage Life Insurance business requirements
Work on Life Asia tool for policy lifecycle management
Handle Day 1 (policy issuance) & Day 2 (policy servicing) processes
Manage and lead a team effectively
Perform and support product launch testing
Handle end-to-end processes including recent business, policy servicing, surrender, death claims, maturity & withdrawal calculations
Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Life Insurance domain
Solid knowledge of Life Asia system
Positive understanding of insurance operations and calculations
Team handling experience is mandatory
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
