Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to support our Demand Generation team. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads, engaging prospects across multiple channels, and creating sales opportunities for our international clients.

Shift Timing (Mandatory) 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential B2B prospects.




Execute outbound lead generation campaigns.
Perform cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
Generate appointments for the sales team.
Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English with solid grammar.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong cold calling and email outreach capabilities.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Target-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
