Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain heart-lung machines for cardiac surgeries.
Provide protected perfusion management during cardiac procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical specialists to ensure successful patient outcomes.
Monitor and adjust the performance of the heart-lung machine to meet patient needs.
Develop and implement protocols for perfusion management.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Job Requirements
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical perfusion, preferably in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.
Strong knowledge of perfusion management principles and practices.
Experience with heart-lung machines and their operation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
