Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications on the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules.
Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with external applications.
Integrate Salesforce with ERP, payment gateways, marketing platforms, and third-party applications.
Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and permission sets.
Optimize Salesforce application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Write unit tests and ensure compliance with Salesforce deployment standards.
Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
