Job Responsibilities
Teach English Language and Literature to students in Grades VIX following the Cambridge Lower Secondary and Checkpoint framework.
Design and deliver interactive, inquiry-based lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.
Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, and analytical skills.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning resources aligned with Cambridge learning objectives.
Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
Support students in projects, presentations, public speaking, debates, creative writing, and literary activities.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance student learning outcomes.
Participate actively in school events, professional development programmes,



and parent-teacher conferences.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English.
B.Ed. (Mandatory).
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a Cambridge, IB, or other international curriculum school (Cambridge experience preferred).
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Robust classroom management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Cambridge assessment practices and learner-centred teaching methodologies.
Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
