Position: Catering Incharge
Location: Nekta Food Solutions, Gurugram

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily catering and cafeteria operations.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
Supervise catering staff and allocate duties.
Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and client teams.
Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and control costs.
Address customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
3 to 5 years of experience in catering, food service, or cafeteria management.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Positive leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Experience in industrial catering, corporate cafeterias, or food service companies such as Nekta Food Solutions, Sodexo, Compass, or similar organizations.
