HR Manager

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and overall HR administration. Key Responsibilities:-
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR operations.
Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and employee benefits.
Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.




Manage HRMS and employee database.
Handle exit formalities and Full & Final settlements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support management with HR-related activities.

Required Qualifications:-
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
Experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations, Statutory Compliance, and Labor Laws.
Hands-on experience with HRMS software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
