Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer

Location: Coimbatore (Travel across Tamil Nadu and other states as required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Engineer to promote, sell, install, and support laboratory equipment and solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to build long-term relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities
Identify and develop current customers in industries, research laboratories, educational institutions, hospitals, and food testing laboratories.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and recommend suitable laboratory solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and procurement teams.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.

Service Responsibilities
Install, commission, and demonstrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
Provide preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
Calibrate and verify equipment performance where applicable.
Train customers on the proper operation and routine maintenance of instruments.
Prepare service reports after every customer visit.
Coordinate with suppliers for technical support and spare parts when required.

Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Freshers with valuable technical aptitude or candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience are welcome.
