Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Generate recent business opportunities and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Prepare detailed HVAC estimations, BOQs, costing, and techno-commercial proposals.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects.
Prepare accurate project costing, pricing, and quotation submissions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close orders while maintaining target margins.
Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and service teams for smooth project handover.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities.
Prepare sales MIS reports, pipeline forecasts, order booking reports, and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and HVAC estimation software.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.





Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
