Position: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)

RACL Geartech Ltd. is seeking motivated and technically skilled Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) to join its manufacturing and production team. The role offers hands-on exposure to automotive component manufacturing, quality systems, machine operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in production, machining, assembly, and quality control activities.
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Government University/Government Institution only (Mandatory).




Freshers or candidates with relevant industrial training may apply.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and quality tools.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and at the plant location.

Preferred Skills:
Understanding of CNC machining, automotive manufacturing, and quality inspection.
Familiarity with MS Office and basic engineering software.
Strong analytical and learning aptitude.
