Job Summary

The Estimation Engineer – MEP will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV systems for high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from MEP drawings.
Estimate costs for Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, STP, WTP, DG, and related MEP systems.
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost estimates.
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, and Project teams.
Prepare technical and commercial bid comparisons.




Support budgeting and value engineering initiatives.
Maintain estimation records and MIS reports.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
