Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Outreach
Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and open house events for prospective students and parents.
Participate in education fairs, school visits, and community outreach programs to build a robust applicant pipeline.
Actively engage with prospective families via phone, email, video calls, and messaging platforms to address questions regarding admissions, curriculum, and campus life.
Application Management & Evaluation
Guide applicants and families through the admissions process, documentation requirements, and deadline management.
Review academic transcripts, recommendation letters, entrance test scores, and personal essays.
Conduct interviews or assessment meetings with applicants and parents to evaluate suitability and alignment with school standards.
Relationship Management & Follow-up
Maintain regular, personalized communication with prospective families to nurture interest and improve conversion rates.
Address inquiries regarding tuition fees, scholarships, financial aid options,



and hostel/transportation facilities.
Build robust working relationships with school heads, academic coordinators, and external educational consultants.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date applicant records and status tracking in the school’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Student Information System (SIS).
Monitor admission conversion metrics (inquiries, applications, offers, enrollments) and generate periodic performance reports for leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, customer service, sales, or public relations (preferably in an educational setting).
Software Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or school-specific portals), Microsoft Offi
