Job Roles & Responsibilities
Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions across the assigned state.
Deliver guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions to students.
Promote PIBM's academic programs and create awareness about the institute.
Build and maintain solid relationships with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, and faculty members.
Generate student leads and support the admissions process through institutional outreach.
Plan and execute college engagement activities, seminars, and promotional events.
Represent PIBM at educational fairs, campus events, and career guidance programs.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to achieve outreach and admission targets.
Submit daily visit reports, lead updates, and activity reports to the reporting manager.
Travel extensively within the assigned state to expand PIBM's network and strengthen institutional partnerships.
