Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Meet clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users to understand their requirements.
Build long-term relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact.
Exhibitions, Conferences & Networking
Attend industry exhibitions, technical conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Represent the company and promote transformer products and solutions.
Generate leads, expand business networks, and gather market intelligence.
Technical Discussion & Solution Selling
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable transformer solutions.
Explain technical features, applications, and product advantages.
Coordinate with the design and backend teams for technical proposals.
Quotation & Negotiation




Coordinate with the backend team for timely quotation submission.
Present techno-commercial offers to customers.
Handle commercial negotiations and convert enquiries into orders.
Order Closure & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop a healthy enquiry and order pipeline.
Drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, documentation, and delivery schedules.
Keep customers updated on project progress.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.
Identify market trends and customer requirements.
Share market insights with management to support business strategies.
Payment & Commercial Follow-up
Follow up for advance payments and milestone payments.
Ensure compliance with commercial terms and timely payment collections.
