Deliver the 100 % output daily, by adhering to the SOP WI.
Troubleshoot the problems related to Machine, Fixtures, Tools Part.
Part programming recoganition for recepective parts, Setup change for current components
Ability to operate Multimachine
Multiskill to operate different machines based on the requirement
Maintain work area with house in order - in? way of TQM
Participate in Kaizen, QCC, SIT, CFT to solve the problem
Work for the LCA to avoid the additional manpower (Deburring, Measuring Material Handling)
Develope the shop made fixtures for parts handling Inspection,straightforward process
To give On the Job training to recent trainees
Maintain the safety procedures
Maintain the DSM, Logsheet, CLIR, Q Chart in his machines
Ensure the availability and readyness of tools,
fixtures Raw materials in advance to improve the efficiency
Understanding the part drawings and CMM reports
Do instruments calibration on time
Do self inspection as per SOP
Adherence to job card booking
Involved in development activity such as error profing fixtures,process and method improvement
Identifiy scope of CTR,STR and allowance reduction
Maintain the tool and breakdown history management systemD
