Role: Admin Executive (Female)

Location: Noida

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Admin Executive to support the Administration team. The candidate will be responsible for handling Background Verification (BGV), Visa coordination, Event Management, and Reception operations, while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.Key Responsibilities:1. Background Verification (BGV)
Coordinate and track employee background verification activities.
Liaise with BGV vendors and HR for timely completion.
Maintain accurate BGV records and reports.
Follow up on pending verification cases.
Visa Coordination
Coordinate visa applications, documentation, and renewals for employees.
Liaise with travel agencies and visa consultants.
Maintain visa-related records and ensure timely processing.
Event Management
Plan and coordinate internal and external company events.
Manage venue bookings, vendor coordination, logistics, and event execution.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and celebrations.




Ensure smooth execution within the approved budget.
Reception Management
Manage the front desk and greet visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, courier management, and visitor records.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor passes.
Ensure the reception area is well maintained at all times.

Additional Responsibilities
Support day-to-day administrative activities.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Maintain office records and documentation.
Assist in travel and hotel bookings, if required.
Handle office supplies and inventory as assigned.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Solid coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Qualified attitude and customer-oriented approach.
