Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with solid hands-on expertise in end-to-end CMDB implementation and ownership. The ideal candidate should have independently driven CMDB initiatives, including design, implementation, optimization, governance, and maintenance, without relying on other team members for CMDB-related activities.

This role requires a pure CMDB developer profile with deep technical expertise in Discovery, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CMDB Health, Service Mapping, and CMDB Data Governance. Candidates with primarily support,



operations, administration, or maintenance backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Independently design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB solutions.
Lead end-to-end CMDB implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and optimization.
Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery for automated infrastructure and application discovery.
Implement and optimize Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules, identification criteria, and reconciliation policies.
Drive CMDB data quality initiatives using CMDB Health Dashboards and governance frameworks.
Design and maintain CI class structures, relationships, and dependency mapping.
Execute bulk data onboarding and integration strategies into CMDB.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure accurate configuration item lifecycle management.
