About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) who can provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
Follow company processes and service guidelines

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a team-oriented setting

Preferred Skills
Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
