About the Role
Heiley Spaces is looking for a smart, proactive, and target-oriented Project Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales for our construction and real estate projects. The role involves client interaction, project presentations, site visits, lead follow-ups, and business development, along with supporting basic project coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential clients and leads.
Present construction and real estate projects to prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings and project/site visits.
Maintain client relationships and convert enquiries into sales.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and project-related documents.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Follow up on project updates and support smooth client communication.
Assist with basic project documentation and coordination tasks.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of construction/real estate is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Must know to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheelers with a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel between office and project sites.
