The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring a seamless, patient-friendly, and pleasant experience for all patients and visitors at the hospital. The GRE acts as a bridge between patients, doctors, and hospital departments to provide excellent customer service and enhance patient satisfaction.
Welcome patients and visitors courteously and provide assistance upon arrival.
Guide patients through the registration, consultation, investigation, and billing processes.
Ensure that patients are directed to the appropriate departments without delay.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, optometrists, counsellors, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
